I think it largely depends on preference. I game on blue switches and love the tactile clicky-ness, while reds always felt too "mushy" for me. Browns are a good medium with similar actuation force and a tactile bump without the extra noise of a clicky switch.

Edit: Looks like Adorama has it for $39.99 [adorama.com] if this deal ends.

Edit 2: Note that "RGB lightning" refers to the accent lighting around the edge, and that the keycaps themselves are not lit if that matters to you.

unrelated to the post, and not as a criticism, but I think Browns are mainly for office work. I always thought Reds are more appropriate for gaming

Looks like the keys are not rbg lighting, only below the keyboard and alien head for ambient lightning.

Yes, its preference, switches aren't made specifically for certain environments, its just what you enjoy and can work with. Blues are known to be not great for office work because of the noise, but my coworker uses blues anyways (I don't mind it, I'm just glad I was able to persuade him to get a mech kb) plus my browns are probably louder since I bottom out so much Stick Out Tongue

I agree with this guy. I am personally a brown switches guy at home for gaming PC and at office for ... office PC

Got this from bb last Black Friday for around $25.. I don't mind that it's not fully RGB. The keyboard itself is really nice. It's heavy and the plastic feels really high quality. No fingerprints as well.
