I am thinking about putting this in my NAS to make it a home theater, would it be able to play 4K 60HZ videos?

I've been using Resolve with a core i7-3770k mild overclock (upgraded cooler of course) with Intel integrated gfx for a couple years now. It was completely usable with that setup at 1080p, although of course for some operations I would have time to grab lunch while it crunched.

I think this rx570 will be a big performance boost so I bit the bullet. Maybe I haven't been looking hard enough, but this is literally the first decent gfx card deal I've seen in 2 years.
Resolve 15 that I am talking about is a resource hog. It used to not be this way in prior version you are referring to. The integration of Fusion seriously took a heavy toll in system requirements.

Thinking about picking this up for my son, he currently has a 770. I'm sure this is a HUGE upgrade. I was planning on buying division 2 and re 2 anyway so that pretty much makes this card free. I've just been using Nvidia cards for so long I don't know how I feel about AMD.

aren't one much better off buying the 580 for 166 than this for 150 - 20 dollar rebate? there is a chance that rebate may not come back.

Good for fortnite?
It is hard to answer you question because it is depend on what constant FPS you want to play. This RX 570 will be more than enough to get you a constant 70-75 FPS @ 1080p.

Depend on the # of enemy and building at the CAT fighting scene my RX580 get around 75 - 110 FPS fluctuation with the low optimal setting in Fortnite (on average around 85 FPS constant). Not to mention my RX580 clock at 1386mhz and 2000mhz memory. With a better CPU I might get 10-20 FPS more.

A minimum 450watts power supplier it is more than enough. Because my computer pulling around 315-350 watts while running a OC RX 580 GPU, OC Intel 3570K GPU, SSD(1), 92mm fan(1) and HD(1).

Optimal Fortnite Setting @ 1080p.
Viewing distance - Epic
Shawdow - OFF
Anti-Aliasing - OFF
Textures - Medium
Effects - Low
Post Processing - Low

Since you are building a computer for Fortnite I recommend you should buy a used GPU Nvidia 1070 for around $180- $210 on ebay (better deal with 10-20% Ebay coupon), CPU AMD 2600 and 16GB RAM 3000+mhz. Along with a Freesync monitor 144hz that are certify work with Nvidia gpu (AOC G2590FX).
