How well will this card perform for the Oculus Rift VR headset? Been looking for a card with better refresh rates to reduce motion sickness. Thanks in advance.

Anyone in the market now, should consider the Used, RX580 8gb miner cards..

There are bad miner cards out there, the ones with smaller heatsinks, but the ones with the bigger sinks are quite tough, and will game for years to come. nod

Skip the cheapest xfx iterations, the $135 bracket, look for the big ones like red-devil/ nitro+ around the $150 bracket.

MILES faster than 570 4gb, for very little increase in cost..

Again, durability on the BIGGER heatsinked cards is not a concern, even after mining.

It's always the smaller miner cards that p00pout

Overkill for this old Optiplex 7010 i5-3570? I have 16GB RAM on the way today, so I'll have 20 GB of RAM in it.

https://www.dell.com/support/home...figuration

From what I understand, I'll need a new power supply (it has 275 stock).

It has 1 full height PCIe x16, 1 full height PCIe x16 (wired x 4), 1 full height PCIe x1, 1 full height PCI
I threw this card in an Optiplex as well. Had to upgrade the power supply ( needed a 20-24 pin adapter). I also had to get a pciE-16 extender because the cpu heatsink fan blocked where the card would go (the card is HUGE).

It is hard to answer you question because it is depend on what constant FPS you want to play. This RX 570 will be more than enough to get you a constant 70-75 FPS @ 1080p.

Depend on the # of enemy and building at the CAT fighting scene my RX580 get around 75 - 110 FPS fluctuation with the low optimal setting in Fortnite (on average around 85 FPS constant). Not to mention my RX580 clock at 1386mhz and 2000mhz memory. With a better CPU I might get 10-20 FPS more.

A minimum 450watts power supplier it is more than enough. Because my computer pulling around 315-350 watts while running a OC RX 580 GPU, OC Intel 3570K GPU, SSD(1), 92mm fan(1) and HD(1).

Optimal Fortnite Setting @ 1080p.
Viewing distance - Epic
Shawdow - OFF
Anti-Aliasing - OFF
Textures - Medium
Effects - Low
Post Processing - Low

Since you are building a computer for Fortnite I recommend you should buy a used GPU Nvidia 1070 for around $180- $210 on ebay (better deal with 10-20% Ebay coupon), CPU AMD 2600 and 16GB RAM 3000+mhz. Along with a Freesync monitor 144hz that are certify work with Nvidia gpu (AOC G2590FX).
My PC has a 4th or 5th gen i3 (don't remember the number), ssd, and 16 gb ddr3 ram. Will it run fortnite with this graphic card and my CPU? Can i use 1080p TV for the game? Thanks

How would this card be compared to the GTX 1060 6 GB for video editing?

for video editing you need more v-ram than anything else.. but of course, that also depends on how serious is your video editing.

If you're just rolling your skateboard dreams gopro videos, any gpu will do.

It can run The Division maxed out/ultra at 86 fps. It should be able to handle those games fine at at least medium settings. Assuming you aren't someone demanding 100+ FPS.
