Game Description: In the game Azul, players take turns drafting colored tiles from suppliers to their player board. Later in the round, players score points based on how they've placed their tiles to decorate the palace. Extra points are scored for specific patterns and completing sets; wasted supplies harm the player's score. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
Recommended 2-4 players age 8 and up. Approximately 30-40 minute games.

Azul Board Game. Normal price is $39.99 MSRP. Lowest price seen on CamelCamelCamel is $29.09.
Abstract tile laying game, and extremely well designed. On Boardgamegeek.com this game is ranked 1st in abstract games, 1st in family games, and 37th overall best game.
This is a really really great game. Fun for people that arent really into gaming but want to "play a game". After a few games you learn the nuances that really make this game shine. My wife will play with us and she is not a board gamer at all. If you have 3-4 people that like to play games this is a good one to get. 2 player isnt that great, but not bad. This is our late night after drinking game just to relax and have fun.
Its great. Once you have a group that can play the standard game, you can flip the board and play any way you want. It is just a really good game that doesnt take that long to play. Once you learn it takes about 30min to play a game. There is a slim element of luck, but mostly planing to win.
