This deal is back, but in-store only. I believe this is the TV that Dell had for $599 plus a $100 gift card on Black Friday. I purchased it in my Orlando warehouse. It's 110-240V so I can use it in Europe.

It's listed as $679.99 online.

It's now $599.99 at Best Buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-6...Id=6290164

280 reviews on BB.COM, and it earns 4.5 stars.

IMO, it's solid. I'm not a TV guy, it was replacing a 49" Toshiba that's 10 years old -- by that standard, it's great. It has 110V-240V. Which you don't find in a lot of lower-priced TVs any more. Companies such as TCL and Hisense are all 110V. That's because it saves a few dollars to have a power supply specific to one region.

I need 110V-240V because I'm taking the TV overseas. The cost of TVs in Europe is much higher than here, plus my company is paying for the move, so I don't have to transport the thing.

How does this compare to TCL's 65" for $480?

Off track but make sure your flight allows you to carry 65 inches. Usually the limit is 55

I'm limited by weight. It'll be transported by shipping container. I won't see this baby for three months.

I have this TV. Bought it from Target when they had a 1 day sale around black Friday. It looks great to me and audio quality is very nice too. This replaced a vizio 60" I bought ~5 years ago. Huge improvement.

You will be limited in apps vs an android platform but it has the streaming platforms I use (Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, Plex) so can't complain. There are others - those are just the ones I use. WiFi is great too - can stream 4k without issues.

100% spot on. I have downloaded Hulu, Netflix and Amazon. I put a Chromecast on one of the other HDMIs, and have an XBox One S connected to it. WebOS is weird. The apps it allows you to download are regionally locked. There's a video on YouTube showing a guy in Croatia setting the TV to UK so he can download BBC iPlayer. I put in my Florida zipcode, and it allows me to pick USA, Canada, Mexico or OTHER. I can't select other than that. I'll probably reset the TV when I get over the pond and see if I can download BBC apps.

Just watched Planet Earth II on Netflix, and it looked incredible -- once I put the picture setting to "Bright Room" and turned off the power-saving function.
