So, here's a new one. Our household has two accounts (both smokers). Both accounts have almost 11,000 points. Every single week, at least 2 codes are entered into each account (not counting the "freebie" points). I just entered 6 codes divided through both accounts. It is now showing on both accounts that none have been entered although we got the points and there is some notice under "activity" that says "today, your points will expire".

I dare you Marlboro to take away all those points, I apologize in advance to the customer service rep that picks up my phone call if you do.

First off, when log into each of your two accounts and you entered each of your codes as well as all the freebies, did you look under the header of Activity?
Because, my guess when you entered your codes this month of December, it shows no red colored image stating your code earned you 100 points per code, right?

What i believe instead it showed you this message after entering each of your codes?

You've entered code(s). Max NaN per month.

If you look under the activity header i believe you will view each of your 100 point codes shown added to your account even though when entering the code submit button it showed the

I think it might be an error on Marlboro's website to not show the red colored triangle icon after each code was entered..

Yesterday and today, i have been entering all my codes and the red colored icon has not shown up like each past month but under the activity tab, it lists each and every 100 points i have entered as my total points shown jumps 100 points after entering code....

If this scenario did not apply, i suggest you log into your marlboro accounts and use the chat feature during normal hours to determine your needed responses...

I also checked the section of activity and it shows the message, today your points will expire like you mentioned.

BUT, the terms and conditions of expiring points also states this message:

Keep Your Account Active.
After 180 days of inactivity your points will expire. Inactivity is defined as not earning points or redeeming points.

Whatever needs fixed, they will need to fix it i believe. Maybe the issue is merely cleaning your cache? But, you know and acct shows you earned points as early as yesterday when you posted your comment.

At this moment, i still get the odd ball message , You've entered code(s). Max NaN per month.
BUT, now the red icon shows up showing i earned 100 points, so i guess marlboro is well aware of this issue and gradually are fixing it.my points are still accumulating after each 100 point code.

I entered a total of 30 codes for the month and when trying to enter the 31st not allowed code per month, i got a system error message. i reviewed my activity section and got all points for all 30 codes and all freebie points this month.
BUT, still got the message that states my points expire today like yoy

Holy reply....thank you. Exactly what I got. Points entered, showing under points, but not showing under "activity", silly odd ball message saying points expire today...Marlboro needs to stop drinking.

Is this over? I logged in to enter a code and there is no Rewards page anymore. Even the link in the earlier posts says page cannot be found.

EDIT: Logged out and back in, that fixed it! I also had the message about points expiring.

Hehe I also pick up empty packs off the street that's how I get my points I don't get as many as you though I only get them when I see them I don't purposely look for them,I find a couple a day...anyway I got pretty good at figuring out numbers especially when the box is old and decrepit
