PROGRAM PERIOD AND KEY DATES

Late last week my account was still not activated, so I dug through some old emails and found the address to contact Marlboro - EmailUs@ConsumerConnections.Marlboro.com. I used this to follow-up and got a reply a few hours later stating that my address/account deactivation issue needed to be escalated to the 'Management Team.' A couple days later - today - the account is active again and it looks like my address is correct. The address has been fixed before so hopefully the change stays this time! Thanks to everyone that offered info and/or encouragement while Marlboro re-activated my account.

They just canceled the 2020 trip to Montana due to Covid and will send out checks for the entire prize value when you fill out the form!!!! Look for the email if you won!!!!

Probably, better for people that won, but freaking unreal they cancelled a trip to Montana because of Covid.

Took me a couple rereads, but I think I understand it now. I was misreading the tone.

FWIW I've been to the ranch, it wouldn't be as fun right now. There are some activities that would still work, but I doubt you'd be able to drive the hummers, ride in the UTVs, etc. due to distancing requirements. Also eating, drinking, and the nightly activities would be severely hampered.

I entered a pack code after doing December's activities and it gave me 500 pts instead of 100 pts! I was able to enter 3 more codes for 500 pts each before it reset me back to 100 pts on the 5th code.
