Just okay reviews for this unit on Amazon, but the price on this deal is better than Amazon's which is about $13, and Groupon which has it for $12.

Rebranded garbage. I have identical one without the label.
Save your money and get a quality one, 4-7 seconds is a long time for an "instant" read.
0 reviews on newegg, 50 on Amazon. Shill-y

I like the feature "good to know". Not sure what it's referring to, but sure, good to know

I would never buy a 4-7 sec wait thermometer when instant reads are available.

What's a good one? I like the smaller tips.

I use the lavatools javelin. First one lasted 3 years till the tip broke off.

I like the lavatools recommendation. Thermaworks $100. I'll pass.

I like the lavatools one as well. $26 on Amazon. 4-7 secs is NOT instant. 😁

Ok. But you said what's a good one not slick Wink. I get it and you most likely made the best choice.
