Yeah this is the stuff that goes in the commercial cappuccino machines. It's filled with artificial stuff to prevent bacteria from breeding inside the machines since they are rarely cleaned and milk powder is great at attracting mold

Correct, as the last poster mentioned, these are for machines. The bag is meant to be emptied in one shot. You can always just put it in a jar, or Rubbermaid container. The extra ingredients are a little concerning though.

To many ingredients. Costco sells a 30 ounce Starbucks hot cocoa mix with 5 ingredients for $9.99 with no artificial taste . They use real cocoa and dark chocolate in it too

Great, the same extra ingredients in their other products does not make this any better. "Extra" being the crap over and above what is really needed in hot chocolate.... and there are plenty.
