These have given me pretty good discounts beating out Costco most of the time, it's always good to check what you'd get with both though!

Make sure to use both for the biggest discount:

Hi Matt,
Looking to rent a Minivan - MCO 7/20 6pm -7/27 6pm in airport pickup.
Could you help me price it out?

Best I got was $502.

Thanks
I'm not Matt. (Matt and Thumper1) seem to be colluding here. I have researched and came up with a total of $413 for a "minivan." Taxes excluded of course. PM for the codes if interested.

I don't think so
I have done really well with autoslash and have found some savings on carrentalsavers, but not lately. I do like the feature on Autoslash where, if you set up tracking for your rental, that autoslash will notify you if rates go down. I am in Seattle now with an 8 day rental on a Toyota High!ander for $254. We started at over $500. I have 2 July rentals both for 8 days here as well -- both for full size same week -- one is airport round trip for $570 started at $620 and the other is Uber to city return to airport for $220 plus Uber ride, which started at $280. will cancel one 48 hours ahead. Also have a 7 day full size in San Antonio for $207 in July that started at around $400.

Used OP codes booked online for $250 and the AVIS asked for employee ID on pickup because the promo was for a certain company--- they still seemed to let it go. When we came back and dropped it off, they told us everything was taken care of and prepaid and told us to just sign. When we checked our credit card statement just now we realize they charged additional $170.

At the time I booked it pretty sure I read through most of the posts, didn't see a single warning. Must've missed it but a warning would've actually helped. If I did see a warning/ your warning I wouldn't have booked... haven't rented so didn't realize AWD numbers were company specific.

So whats the deal? AWD numbers generally shouldn't be used?

Sorry that happened to you. I hate when that happens, I got burned last year w/ Hertz.

Exactly what's the issue? I actually used these codes (most recently) 3 weeks ago in California at two locations as we traveled up the coast. A close friend also rented in Minnesota, and another friend in Las Vegas. Never once been asked for Employee ID, or any company affiliation. Also, once you drop the car off you're given a receipt showing everything you're being charged if it wasn't shown on there they can't bill you for it.
