TIMING

The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 30, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor is the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) different ways to enter the sweepstakes ("Entry Methods").

Entry Method No. 1 – During the Sweepstakes Period, use your mobile phone to text any of the following keywords HOCKEY1, HOCKEY2, HOCKEY3 or HOCKEY4 to 55755. You will then be sent a link to a microsite hosted by Foursquare Labs, Inc. You will be age gated before entering the microsite. You are required to provide your date of birth in order to enter the Sweepstakes. There will be a series of five (5) trivia questions you will be required to answer before officially entering the Sweepstakes. The number of questions you answer correctly does not determine your entry into the Sweepstakes. Once you have completed the series of five (5) questions, you will be prompted to provide your name and email address. Responding with your name and email address is required to enter the Sweepstakes. Those participating by text message: (i) must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to participate via mobile phone (available on participating carriers only); (ii) may incur standard text message and/or data charges from their wireless service provider (entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges); (iii) agree to receive reply messages which may be sent via automated dialing system; and (iv) agree to text STOP to 55755 to cancel participation in the Sweepstakes and to cease receiving reply messages, provided however, you may receive a reply text message confirming that you have opted-out of, and have canceled your participation in, the Sweepstakes. For help, text HELP to 55755. Limit: Up to five (5) online entries per calendar day (for purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "calendar day" is defined as beginning at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59 PM ET on any one (1) calendar date). Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different addresses, identities or registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated, robotic, repetitive, programmed or similar entry methods or agents to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Facsimile and mechanically-reproduced entries will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any participation by online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned a phone number by a cellular service provider or assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof that he/she is the authorized account holder. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries will not be judged but must adhere to the entry guidelines indicated herein, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion.

Entry Method No. 2– Enter by Mail. Print your name, address, date of birth and telephone number and the words "Jägermeister T1 Sweepstakes - MJ743778W" on a 3" x 5" card and mail to: c/o Avid Marketing Group (AMG), P.O. Box 1008, Rocky Hill, CT 06067-1008.

Entering is free. A person may enter by gamification OR by mail but NOT by using both methods. Multiple entries will automatically result in disqualification. All entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2019. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Four (4) of the eight (8) Grand Prize winners will be determined on or about April 1, 2019. The four (4) winners will receive the available grand prize package description:

A trip for two (2) to the Stanley Cup® Final including round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's home (as determined by Sponsor), a three (3)-day, two (2)- night stay (one room; double occupancy) at a hotel of the Sponsor's choice and round trip transportation from the hotel to the game and a $500.00 gift card. Approximate retail value ("ARV") $2,500.
The remaining four (4) of the eight (8) Grand Prize winners will be determined on or about May 1, 2019. The four (4) winners will receive the available grand prize package description:

A trip for two to the 2019 NHL AwardsTM including round trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's home (as determined by Sponsor), a three (3)-day, two (2)- night stay (one room; double occupancy) at a hotel of the Sponsor's choice and round trip transportation from the hotel to the NHL AwardsTM and a $500.00 gift card. Approximate retail value ("ARV") $2,500.
