How is this compared to T30? will I hear a noticeable difference? I have a Onkyo 676 receiver.

I have the 4 in my living room and the 6 in my man cave. Paid $250 and $400 respectively from adorama. Both dramatically improved dialogue clarity vs. Polk Audio CS1 and Polk Audio CSiA6 (respectively — the former was a bigger jump than the latter). Beautiful finish and sound. The 6 is a monster.

Could you elaborate a bit on the differences you noticed coming from the CSiA6? I have a CSi5 which is essentially the same and I'm wanting some more vocal clarity more than anything.

The upgrade from the CS1 was much more dramatic, especially since we have high ceilings in our living room and the acoustics aren't great. The 6 to 6 upgrade wasn't as noticeable but definitely still there. I hear a difference in both movie dialogue and overall music clarity when listening to tunes in multichannel.

Hate drastic discounts like "70% off" sales for current products.

More like "MSRP and list price are a lie, and we're going to reflect the real selling price regularly". As far as marketing gimmicks goes, I know it's very common, but still super-annoying.

I have the LSiM 706c (with the 705 towers and 703 rears). Highly recommend these guys. $500 is a great deal for it. Do your measurements if you plan on putting inside of a cabinet, however, because this bad boy is pretty large.

I have the 707, 706, 703 and 702 along with some Polk inwalls for heights. Definitely need an amp if using the 707, might be able to get away with receiver amp for center. I am running emotive xpa5 and 3070 for heights and 702fx. Very happy with the sound. Thought about buying an additional 704 for an upper center Channel then one day do aura 3D.

How much amp is needed to properly drive the 707s? I'm looking at getting them next time they go on sale. My Sony receiver may not be up to the task, though.
