Got these about 2 weeks ago. The bulbs I have hum/whin at any brightness under 100%. Sometimes it's loud sometimes it's quieter but I can always hear it when I'm reading in my room. Only music or loud shows drown it out.
Any thoughts on this? Maybe my light socket wiring is too old in my apartment?

These are tunable. You can pick from 2700-6500K color temperature. You can tune the appearance from a soft white (2700k) to a bright light (6500k).

I have 4 of the LB130 bulbs. I love them but mine do the colors as well. I find them incredibly awesome. They don't require a hub and with Google it's super damn nice to have lights that are harder to reach to turn on with a few words. Plus you can use the Kasa app to turn on the lights when you're away from home.
Can you use these for a porch light? How do you go about hooking that up?

Are these things worth the money?

Bought the dimmable but not tunable one from Office Depot last week. They're going right back because 800 lumens doesn't cut it for us for the size of our rooms.

Since you need to leave the fixture the bulb is in on all the time, a power outage will have the bulb stay once the power comes back on.

These work like normal bulbs but connect via Wi-Fi. All you need is the Kasa app to set them up. I have the plugs, and they work the same way. However, you have to leave the light switch on. You can control the light with the app or Google Home/Amazon Echo

You can set the behavior of the bulb to use the last state it was in before the power outage when power is restored.

Was a 32" LCD tv back in 2004 worth $3000?

Around thanksgiving time frame, I bought feit electric color bulbs 2 pack from Costco for same price as what these are selling for. Tunable Whites definitely should be at a much lower price point by now.

Waiting till these bulbs are around the price of regular bulbs. It gets really expensive to change all the bulbs in the house if you try to do it now.

Has anyone seen a good deal for a single bulb for either the TP-Link 110 or 120 bulb? TIA.
