For those who jumped on the free upgrade a few years back, its ending next month! This is sort of a big deal for those like me who have 7 lines on my family plan, all of which are moderate data users (~4gb per month).

"DATA SERVICE
4GB high-speed data until 2.28.19 then 2.5GB high-speed data

Promotional offer includes 4GB high-speed data per line on your smartphone while on our network. Data experience will be reverted back to 2.5GB high-speed data after 2.28.2019. No overage fees. Includes Binge On optimized video streaming with leading content providers. Recommended for streaming as much media and downloading as many apps as you want on our network. "

10 lines here... i guess no complaints.. it wasn't gonna last this long in first place.... The $10 international calling plan on account is whats holding us back to make a switch to ONE.. Between 10 of us, that itself is worth $100 plus a month worth of international calls.

i have the 10gb plans that were upgraded to the unlimited plans. did you receive some sort of official correspondence about this or are you just posting a "heads up?"

i'm sort of hoping there is such an uproar about the plans reverting that t-mobile just extends it another 2 years or offers us something similar. i guess i'll just go back to using work wifi if they don't offer us anything.

Remember we were all forced to upgrade to simple choice?

That is what is going to happen eventually....

8 lines (2.5GB+1.5GB) + 4 tablets (100MB) = $175

you're allowed to add data on each line. I think $10 gets you to 6 gb per line?

*edit, just checked, guess they changed that to $15 per month

Who was forced? Are you a select choice customer?

Back at the time, I got a notice that all accounts will be migrated to simple choice. I have the original simple choice (not the north America one).

For T Mobile One w/ unlimited everything, it's $140 for the first 4 lines and then $20 a line after. So it would be $180 for your 6 lines, including taxes, fees and Netflix. Wouldn't this save you money?

I doubt there is currently a grandfathered plan older than simple choice. Everybody was forced, AFIK

The expiration date is listed in your account details as an add-on.
