Costco Bighorn 30.94 cf Executive Vault Gun Safe $1800 display model extremely YMMV B&M

My local Costco in Culver City had this safe on the floor for several weeks. It's been on sale for $2299 several times in the past. Today they were selling the floor model for $1800. I reckon some stores will have just 1 of these available. It's 950 pounds, Costco has a local delivery company do the delivery for $90 but they only offer curbside/garage delivery.

Before ya pull the trigger on this, check out you tube. These Costco safes are easy to open since the hinges are in the outside.

Thanks for the warning but the hinges only hold the door when it's open. Large bolts keep the door secure, you can cut the hinges off but won't be able to get in.

Seeing as you've had ZERO experience with these, please keep your completely wrong "info" to yourself. The hinge only matters if the safe is unlocked. The bolts/shafts that keep the door locked are what keep the safe secure, not a couple hinges. Also, these aren't "Costco" Safes. They are simply sold here and MANY other places. 🤦 ♂️
