"LITTLE UNDERSTOOD. The crystallization of honey is little understood by the consuming public. Many assume that crystallized honey is adulterated or 'spoiled.' This is not so.

Real, raw honey crystallizes."

America's test kitchen rated this their top pick for supermarket honey by way of a blind taste test.

I got this in December.
I've used it 2 times.
It's already crystallized.
Reckon it's still sweet?

Yeah, when I bought this in costco last time it crystallized very fast. Very annoying and never happened to me in 34 years living in Germany always having honey at home.

Yeah but how long does it stay a liquid after that? Kind of a hassle to have to do this each time it crystallizes.. Also any issue heating its plastic container in this way?
Wish they sold it in 16 oz at half this price.

Suppose could split it into 2 containers but still means seal is broken on both and one will certainly crystallize before getting to it. Use honey in our house but not at a quick enough pace for 32oz at once

I have a few small glass containers I microwave in. 30 second deal just like microwaving syrup to heat.

If i get this, I am concerned about having this sit on my porch for a few hours in sub-zero temps. Would that be bad?

I've run into the same issue with this brand. Heating it will solve the issue, but I have local-sourced honey from last July that is still in liquid form.
