Price is pretty good. I think I got mine at about $150. The product however is another story. Mine gets stuck everywhere. Otherwise it works well, cleans good and has good suction. I find that I need to babysit this thing to ensure it doesn't get stuck...
Keep in mind that I have never owned another robot vacuum so I don't have anything to directly compare it to.

Other then then the ability to also mop, any reason this Strata vac is significantly better then this Monoprice one? https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=16385 (on sale for $109.99)

They both have a non-sale price of $199.99

Got ours around blackfriday for $149, so this price looks good. We use ours at our dance studio business, commercial carpeting in the hallways and rubber-type dance floors in the studios. Works really well for us, now we can skip cleaning the floors after business hours and the floors will be clean the next day. Still have to clean the vacuum, it actually picks up a lot of stuff, but its easier to clean than cleaning the floors ourselves.

I'm not sure about all the product characteristics, but I have the "other one" (the one in your link) and there are no replacement parts, such as HEPA filters and side brushes, that seems to be available for this one.

I haven't had to replace the HEPA filter on mine yet, but I'm irked that Monoprice is not selling spare parts for my model. For longevity's sake, you are probably better off buying this one.

I got it last year for $110. Sale price was 159.99 minus 50 promo code.

I'm stuck trying to decide if I want to give it a try. Reviews are okay but not great. Many bad reviews talk about lack of parts but that seems to have been fixed. Others say it get stuck on cords...but we don't have to worry about. I added the 4 pack HEPA and shipping goes to zero for those as well.

Thoughts?

Edit: never mind I just ordered the basic unit as it came with lots of spares.

I'm starting to believe these are all basically the same. I had the ecobot and the tesvor. Returned them both. The remotes were bad. The app couldnt connect to my router. They all cleaned well and all claim to have the "largest dust bin" or "most powerful suction." I am on the fence to try another unit in the $200+ ballpark since the sub $200 models all have the same complaints. "Gets lost often" or "too loud" or "cant connect." Anyone ACTUALLY have a model that works?? I love the thought behind the robovacs but none have lived up to the hype so far for me...

Im guessing the mopping function is useless, otherwise that's a heck of an add-on, and I don't any others with both mopping and vacuum, at least not at this price.

As a counterpoint, I pulled up all the rugs in my upstairs and ran hardwood floor cleaner through my iLife V5S over a few days last week. Without the vacuum motor running, it runs around way longer than the drip feed takes to empty the tank so I'd have to check every hour or two to make sure it wasn't dry.
As the pad on mine attaches with velcro I was able to use cheap microfiber cloths in place of the included one which left it dragging a cape which seemed to pick up additional hair and debris that the vacuum missed. My floors look noticeably better but about all I do to clean them is run the same bot vacuum. On this one you'd have to trim a microfiber cloth to accommodate the wheels or accept that the forward velcro spots would be unused. It also used the hardwood floor cleaner at a much faster rate than I do when cleaning with a hand mop.

Not trying to be dick, but at this point, aren't you just vaccuuming? It doesn't seem to be a 'solution' to the chore, since you still have to spend your time with it.
