OP should post a caution for anyone buying. Most likely these were opened. Flashed to whichever Tom to make it "unlocked". Works but Definetly not NIB

I get your point and it may still apply, but this isn't eBay.

Full price for this phone on Sprint is $360.00 plus tax. As I understand it, you can purchase full price phones for use on BYOD.
That will be a brand new sealed box unit totally compatible with the Sprint network. The downside would be if you leave Sprint later it may not be compatible with other networks.

There is a huge difference between Factory unlocked and Dealer unlocked. I have been burned recently with LG phones being flashed by "reputable dealers" and told they are factory unlocked. These end up being international phones that these dealers flashed and they will lack some of the US bands. There was a deal 2 weeks or so ago with Walmart selling LG G7 phones. The phones sent out were actually international versions and they were actually sold via thrid party by Breed and the situation with returns have been a mess.

Ah OK thanks for clarifying. I don't run in these circles to know all this info. Where do you get your phone info? Thanks.
