This promotion does not apply to Tier Credit bonuses received for daily play levels, but does work concurrently. Earned Tier Credit bonuses:
500 Tier Credits +125
1,000 Tier Credits +1,000
2,500 Tier Credits +5,000

So if you sign up for this promotion, and earn 500 Tier Credits in a single day, you will receive an additional 625 Tier Credits.

Earn 2500 Tier Credits, you will receive 7500 additional credits (a total of 10,000 Tier Credits in a single day).

I just signed up, going to Harrah's in Atlantic City next weekend.

I primarily bet on sports, it says that sports wagers do qualify on one page of their site but doesn't give any details that I can find. Anyone know how sports book wagers are credited?

Also you get a lot more benefits with the FoundersCard... like automatic gold status at Hilton and a bunch of other perks as well. Really does pay for it self. There's also referral bonus. Which is why people want you to "PM" them. I believe if you refer
Either 3 or 5 people there are significant perks available.

Comped rooms and discounts are based on play. Diamond status has certain perks but if you aren't an avid gambler you may not get your money's worth. FYI the Total Rewards comps for The Atlantis in the Bahamas is for every level of Play but each higher level gives you a better room choice

There are two main casino chains:

Total Rewards (now changing to Caesers Rewards)
MLife (thats the MGM hotels)

Each have a bunch of hotels on the strip.

Yep, stick to Total Rewards, its worth it. If you play within their system PLUS you have another SO playing with you (second person doesnt have to play a lot), for future trips within the next few months you will get really good offers when you add the second person's players card on the account while booking a room.

Also get the TR Visa card, it gives you quick Platinum status, worth free parking (but you still pay the $39 per night resort fee). I also think Platinum status automatically gives you free or lower cost nights regardless of play.

I think most of the free nights come from slots, but I am not sure.

I even stayed for the last night of CES and the following weekend for free, so 3 nights I paid about $120 out the door just for resort fees.

And dont do the upgrade via website or email (they will push you believe me by sending lots of emails), save it for the counter and $20 trick. Does not have to be sandwiched, just leave it on the counter in the open and ask for complimentary upgrade. If received, leave without taking the $20, if not, feel free to take your $20.

If you dont mind walking stay on the strip, Ballys and Harrahs upgraded rooms are very nice and inexpensive. Rio is a bit far if you have a car and are willing to do the parking thing its ok I guess but takes time.

TR system is really easy to book rooms, you put flexible days and it shows you all their hotels for 2 months in a huge long spreadsheet (again make sure you have companion TR card plugged into the website and second person must be with you at check in).

MGM system is good but rarely gives free rooms to me. Maybe I don't know how to play.

There are still a few hotels left with free parking, I think Venetian is one of them.

Venetian is not part of TR or MLIFE they are owned by IHG.

Treasure Island is independent although its in the middle of everything.

Wynn and Encore are the most pleasant and airy clean to gamble and hang out.

Dont know much about other brands like SLS and Southpoint and Red Rock.

MGM Hint: If you decide to stick to MGM, play the MyVegas game on facebook or your phone, you should be able to get about $10 or more in free stuff between now and March. Remember most awards are only good on weekdays. You basically get real rewards to play a slot game on your phone but trickles very slowly and must play every day to get free coins. There are lots of rewards.
TR does not have such a game that gives free stuff away.

Lots of good info here for sure.

I'd like to add that Wynn and Venetian don't charge to park, for those who don't receive comp parking. Planet Hollywood is also gratis. I believe all the Station Casinos properties have free parking.

MLife Rewards have treated me well over the years, especially in conjunction with MyVegas. Since '08, I've had 5 comped nights at Mirage, 1 at Aria, 2 at Delano and 3 at Beau Rivage in Biloxi. Most of those were with Pearl status. At Caesars properties, I've had two comped nights at Bally's, two at Caesars Palace, one at Linq/Imperial Palace, one at Harrah's LV and three at Harrah's NOLA.

One thing to watch out for is resort fees in LV. It runs in the high $30 range per-night at both Caesars and MLife properties, Stations properties top out around there as well at their higher-enders like Red Rock and Green Valley Ranch.

I'll be at Harrah's LV for a comp night this month, and I have zero tier credits getting this. So, if you pick your spots right you can save some money.

Wynn DOES charge for parking, I went there this past October. But I believe the first 30-60min is free. After that about $7/hour.
