    Unfortunately, what you just described is typical customer service for just about every large corporation. You would have had a similar experience had this situation occurred with Staples, Best Buy, or Walmart.

    Thicker, heavier, less battery life, and runs hotter. It's a better bang for the buck but the surface is a more premium product.
