I have a 16GB/256GB 15" and I've been wanting to downgrade in size. Debating if the hit in graphics processing and RAM outweighs the desired smaller form factor and extra storage...

I've been looking to replace my 2010 13 inch pro to a new 15 in. I think I would enjoy the larger screen as my eyes get older.

So tempting. I have an aging 15" 2013 MacBook Pro that needs replacing, however, I really need 16GB. 8GB is not gonna cut it.

I checked the coupon box but could not get it to show up on the checkout page, even when trying different browsers.

I agree. It's 2019 and 8GB of RAM in a $1700 laptop? My 2009 and 2013 MBP's have 8GB. Apple needs to spend an extra $50 and give us 16GB.

I'll take an extra 8GB over that damn TouchBar any day. To get a MacBook Pro with 16GB also takes 2-3 weeks somehow from Apple. :sigh:

Follow it through... it shows the promo balance like it would when you use a gift card... it is there on the cc selection screen.

Between this and the Costco deal, I wonder if Apple is planning a minor refresh. We got quad core CPUs in the TouchBar models last year, but curious if we'll see anything else in 2019.

do not downgrade RAM or harddrive, since you can no longer upgrade either later on unlike older models. I do enjoy the size though, but I have 16 GB ram on mine

I guess it depends on stock. I got a 2018 MBP (16GB RAM) from them a few weeks back and it came in one day.
