Not sure how helpful these will be but here they are. Couldn't easily get to the PSU, but assume it's the cheapest they could find Big Grin

For those of you that did pull the trigger at $1499 like I did; I just got off with NewEgg chat and got them to refund me $50, since the new "official" price of this machine is $1449, and there's a 30 day price guarantee. I was hoping for the $100, but couldn't get the person helping me (or her supervisor) to honor it. $50 is not nothing though, so just wanted to make folks aware!

Are you able to share more details on the parts included with yours? Specifically, RAM speed, GPU (blower?), PSU (generic?), and MOBO type?

I think this is a good price for those looking to not build their own.

For reference I paid about 1500-1600 for a similar build but higher quality parts. (8700k, trident z ram, Maximus xI hero MB, better PSU, case, cooling, 2080 gigabyte, 1tb m.2)

Looks like they're using an itx motherboard to save cost..

This is bottom barrel for everything except the 2080gpu and 8700 cpu.

You can definitely diy a better motherboard into this price.
Yep that was the plan!

Isn't windows 10 tied to the motherboard? Unless it's retail and more likely this key is oem.

I'll take some pics. Give me a few. I think the RAM speed is the slowest it can get.

I got a similar ibuypower computer after black friday. This was my first computer I had not built since 1998. The cable management is very good. I replaced the ssd with a Samsung Evo 970 and it scores in the top 99% for all benchmarks. It doesnt say what brand the parts are, but for mine, they are as follows:
ASROCK Z370M Pro4
wd10ezex-08wn4a0 1tb Hard Drive
SSD wds240g2g0a
ZOTAC TRX 2080
Intel i7-8700k
DDR4 Potenza
APEVIA 800w Power Supply
APEVIA 120mm Case fans 3; Multicolor
I totaled up the cost to buy components and it came out to $1811, with some assumptions made for parts that are proprietary. Yes, these arent the components I would have chosen, but at least I dont have a pile of boxes sitting in my office. Good buy at this price.
