probably. even my 6qt version makes way more food than 2 can eat. 6q also goes on sale for way cheaper quite often

Most likely yes. But it could potentially work well for you if you like leftovers, sometimes cook for more than just yourself, etc.

I have a 6quart slow cooker that I used throughout college and I loved it. I would have leftovers for the majority of the week. There are some delicious curries that you can make.

If I were you I'd probably try to find a 3 quarts or 6 quarts.
