Can't have it all for a 70" @ $550 bud.

Yes, it can be surprising. I used masking tape to tape off the height and width of a 65" vs a 75" in my living room. Realized that even the 75" is too small, and I need to go with a projector.

EDIT: Oh, forgot to say I bought the 39" 4K Seiki when it came out years ago. I used it for a while as a computer monitor; despite the 30 Hz at 4K, it worked fine for my work needs. After a couple of years it was relegated to kitchen use, for YouTube and kitchen recipes and Spotify and such. It has worked now for at least 4 years flawlessly, despite having been moved from room to room and home to home, mounted on the built-in stand and on a wall mount.

To be honest, the difference between 65" and 70" can be pretty significant depending on the room it goes in.

This is super tempting.

Crazy price. Obviously it's a no-name brand with so-so quality but for $500...

Yeah, I was surprised to see this. I do not follow TV deals too closely, so I'm not an expert and could be wrong. But even a no name at this size/price seems kinda crazy

If you can get a TCL 65" 4 series for $400, is the extra 5 inch worth the additional $150? I meant will it change the viewer experience by much?

Seiki isn't really a "no name" at this point, they've been fairly reputable in selling budget TV's for years now.
