I just checked the reddit /gundeals thread and someone mentioned this:

"'ATI's fully patented Omni Hybrid MAXX metal reinforced polymer upper and lower'

Avoid at all costs. Not deals. Not worth it."

Take that as you will. I also recommend checking out the thread to find some good deals. Wink

Better off getting a complete upper and lower from PSA, about the same price but one step up in quality as this is polymer.

I don't have any experience with this brand. But, it's plastic. If this is your first rifle I'd spend a few bucks more and build your own using a palmetto kit or similarly known brand. It doesn't take much skill to build a complete rifle, but if recommend a complete upper at least so you don't have to buy a barrel wrench. I've built complete rifles from $400 that have never failed me

To piggy back off of this, if you absolutely do not want to build your own you can buy a complete lower and upper for this price and the assembly consists of 2 takedown pins to marry them together.

Get an upper with BCG and charging handle (as they are not standard on all complete uppers) and all complete lowers will still need a magazine as that is usually not bundled together.

Then all you need are bullets.

Correct. I normally try to get new shooters to assemble their own simply because it's important to understand how it all works. And what to do if something goes wrong. Most gun shops I've ever been to will assemble the lower for you for a small fee. Then you can mail order the complete upper from literally hundreds of websites.

From my experience, I would go this route too ...

This is polymer, a high grade plastic. This thing will break eventually

Need more than bullets. Casings, gun powder, and primers would help. Or if you don't want to assemble then you could get entire rounds or ammo. LMAO
