Decent B450M board for a good price as far as I can tell from doing some researching and price history. The only time that this deal was beaten was back in November when it was $5 cheaper.

$70 - $10 = $60 AR

I just built a computer with this board and a 2700X. I didn't have any problems overclocking the 2700X, but I didn't push it too far. I'm still using the stock cooler.

My only complaint about this board is the fan controller. This is the 3rd PC I have built with an Asrock motherboard, and I usually use their built in fan controller software.
For some reason I just couldn't get it to work well on this board. Every time I booted up the machine I had to reset my fan curves. Uninstalling/reinstalling the software didn't help. I eventually uninstalled the software and used the bios to control the fan curves. Doing it through the Bios is OK, but I like to be able to play with the curves while I'm in windows, so I can see temperatures under load.

Another thing to be aware of is that the one M.2 slot is Sata, and the other is NVME. So this won't work if you are interested in NVME RAID, which is overkill anyway.

I ended up using a M.2 Sata 1TB 960 EVO as the boot drive, and it boots up incredibly fast!

Bought the combo deal with the Ryzen 5 2600. $219 plus tax and 99 cent shipping after rebate. Not bad.

Should add after $10 rebate in title.

It definitely does include the game if you buy the combo. You can see it when you add to cart.

I don't know about this version, but the Fatal1ty K4 has the same slot setup but you can use a PCI-E card with an NVME on it and raid it with the onboard m.2 using the bios. The only difference as far as I know as the cooling/graphics, steel reinforced slots and audio setup. I like the K4 a lot, I'd imagine this is a great board for the money. Also FWIW, you can use the NVME with the AMD StoreMI which is pretty cool, I use a large capacity "slow" SSD coupled with an NVME 240gb and a small ram cache and it's like having one large boot/program drive so I don't have to manage where things install without giving up the NVMEs speed. You give up the RAID option, but I'm satisfied with the results personally.

Bought this board black Friday, working fine so far other than the NVME in one slot and M.2 in the other and I couldn't get any M.2 working in the NVME slot (one closer to the processor). NVME Samsung did work in that slot though.

I haven't gotten the rebate back yet. Just checked it and it says they received it January 16th even though I show my scans of what I submitted as December 19th, so I would have put it in the mail then. No rejection, but no updates. I don't see any way of contacting someone to get further info.
