So, if I move my 3 AT&T prepaid phones to postpaid plan, it is $600. Seems like a good short term gain even if the per month costs will probably increase by $50 a month. Possible?

Unfortunately you fall under the AT&T family so you would not qualify for this deal.

How much is the activation charge and what is the lowest plan available for the rebate? Any other costs to consider? Thanks!

edit - single line is $50 a mo not including the additional taxes and fees. seems like you will break even over 3 months of service.
