People. Don't buy these premade pre-workouts that are pricey and contain 60% fillers.

Let me make it simple and tell you what to do:

Buy these ingredients in bulk:
L-citrulline Malate 2:1
Beta Alanine
Caffeine tablet/coffee

Mix 6-8g of L-Citrulline Malate
3-5g of Beta Alanine
200mg caffeine tablet/cup of coffee
(Citrulline Malate has a pretty sour taste so mix it as you wish)

And that's all you need for your pre-workout 30-45 minutes before the gym. Those are the most sought after and effective ingredients in pre-workouts.

The problem is that these premade pre-workouts don't ever contain the right dosage and are just fillers.

You'll save money buying those ingredients in bulk I'd listed and mixing it together yourself, while actually seeing better results.

this product is trash... only 8grams per serving...

2g of it being creatine while 300mg of caffeine. everything else is just negligble doses

dont waste money on something like this. you're also better off getting a product that doesn't list proprietary blends and i'm not preaching prejym or anything - just a general suggestion on buying products that tells you exactly how much of each ingredient there is

Where do I get the creative version?
The link took me to the creatine version I've seen some pretty bad reviews on this, ik their customer service is pretty bad took them 3 days to get back to me on a general question about their own product.

That's way too little creatine and too much caffeine for me. Everyone is different, you're better off buying what you need. I use 5g/day creatine and rarely go higher than 200mg caffeine for pre workout (since I drink coffee in the morning anyway).

All-in-one products are usually just marketing.
