Worked for me too. I also got the 5% Red Card discount. No questions asked.

Can someone clarify this for me.

Will I be able to file state and federal for the 36 or do you still need to pay for the state file.

I was just doing my taxes on turbotax online... then its asking for 39.99 for turbotax deluxe and then 39.99 for the state one. Thanks in advance.

This will allow for one state download. I believe they still charge to file the state for $10 bucks. I have not opened/installed mine to clarify.

TurboTax chat is helpful and should know the answer for sure.

I believe the standard for this is always 5 free FEDERAL e-files and then you get ONE state to fill out for free, but NOT a free e-file unless your specific state is free. Not sure how all states are, but some you can fill it out for free, print it, and mail in the completed paper forms so it can still be useful and just slightly slower for state.

I dont have a state tax anymore so I haven't touched state in like 5 years, this is going from my TurboTax experience back then, been using the software for 10 years at least though.
