Amazon had it for 74.99 this morning with a 10 dollar off coupon. It's back at 94.99.
Oh ok. I would have got it if I'd have known, oh well.

I've had mine for around 3 years now, only recently (last month or so) have I started to have issues with it. I got lucky

For Comcast this can only handle up to 300 mbps.
On a good day at that and not consistently either!

Seems like a fine price for most consumers looking to get out of paying a monthly rental fee to Comcast... especially the used one at $40. I'd just be reluctant ordering from a non-amazon seller, as I don't understand returns and such

Is there any reason the Arris is superior over:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01A1E6BA2/

Seems like the Motorola modem is similar specs and has been at $59 for a while
Motorola sold the modem business to Arris
since 2012....

$50 is the trigger price for a 16x4. The Netgear CM500 regularly goes on sale for $45-ish.

Hey guys! I currently am paying the monthly rental charge for Cox for my modem. Would this be a good substitute to use instead of their modem/router?

Could someone please help me with setting up the Wireless on this? I called Tech Support but they said they won't help because I'm out of the warranty period. The device works fine but I need help with the wireless settings in http://192.168.1.1/

This is a modem, not a router.
