You checked the PC version. Did you fail to note that this Slickdeal is for the Xbox and PS4 versions?
Which have been voted much lower due to massive, unpatched bugs?
Why do you LIE about things we can check?

Tons of shilling accounts on this thread.
Yep. The shills are VOTING DOWN comments pointing out factual information, like the bad Metacritic scores. Pretty sad when people resort to censoring the truth.

I guess Slickdeals is bad as stopping foreign video game companies from creating fake accounts to shill on this site.

Regardless of platform, this a game whose user meta scores are all higher than Pro reviews. To me those are the must buy titles.
Bad decision making. User scores are easily spoofed by the game maker.
The reviewers point out the massive bugs and terrible controls.

I'm interested for $15 but also don't feel like grinding out the combat. Is it possible to set the game to a very low difficulty or such in settings? I'd like to experience the story.

This game is awful. Huge fan of this genre but the game is unplayable. The combat is reminiscent of a mid 1990's Might and Magic game. I'd only give this one another go if it dropped under 5 bucks on Steam.

It's like Skryim but good and historically accurate.

Agreed. Brace yourself to get downvoted out of existence for pointing that out. I think the entire company is here voting down anyone who points out how buggy it is, or points to the weak Metacritic scores. I guess facts are "unhelpful" to the game's makers.

You are right. It is very buggy on PS4, which is what this post is about. Not on PC, where it costs a lot more.

... and without a useful control system, without decent AI and without the ability to play without constant bugs.
Uh, Skyrim isn't buggy? Skyrim seems to get a pass, like most Bethesda games, for being a buggy mess that seems half complete. They rely on modding communities to fix things.

One reason why this game is so badly reviewed is that some of the most important things like lock picking and pickpocketing and combat are ridiculously overly complicated and pointlessly difficult, not just to win, but to control.

Dude, Skyrim came out in 2011! It had years of fixes and is now an outstanding, fine-tuned game. And even if it were still buggy, that does not change or excuse the buggy mess here. Right?
Worse, the Xbox and PS4 ports are much buggier than the PC version. It's like the developers had no ability with console.
Worse, it looks like they gave up on patching the buggy mess on Xbox and PS4 and are dumping it at firesale prices. It came out less than a year ago and is already $15. It will be $5.00 in a month or two, and people who want to suffer can get it from the bargain bin where it belongs.

When the pro reviews aren't as high as the user reviews it makes me wonder if they didn't get bribed well enough to write a good review.
