IMO these 2.5" 480GB DRAMless drives need to beat the $49.99 Inland Professional SSD on Amazon for it to be a deal. There's going to be some differences like SM vs Phison but not significant enough to make me prefer the more expensive drive.

$2 (1%) more for a brand I've heard of. Sounds better than some mystery drive. Thanks!

Not that ADATA is bad, I love ADATA, but Inland Professional SSDs have been sold on Amazon for many years and it's permanently one of the top sellers in its category. Look at the number of reviews on that drive. The drive has been professionally reviewed and amateur-reviewed multiple times. Inland's owner MicroCenter, has been in business for decades. If this is still a mystery drive to you, then OK.....

Reviews show some users had problems cashing in on the warranty.

They tried to contact Microcenter directly whereas these need to go through Amazon's messaging system.
