I have the one with the stainless cap and base but they're both the same. I love this tool and use it about once a week. I can turn a sirloin into the best steak you've ever had, much more tender and perfectly cooked than what you'll get at a nice restaurant. Just remember to sear each side for a little less than a minute before and after cooking for the best results.
