MSRP for 1329.99, selling for 712.49 with coupon.

EXTRA5
(For some reason copy and paste does not work for me, I have to manually type the coupon code)

Specs:
GTX 1060 6GB,
i7 8750H,
8GB RAM (can upgrade to 16G)
128ssd+1TB Hdd

I am searching for laptop in the past 3 weeks, this is one of the best deals I have come across. The Walmart OP is a nice laptop BUT it is a Walmart brand; the Y7000 from BH is also a decent deal as well yet I think the Y530 overall has a better value for your money.

ORDER CANCELED. Like many other fellow SDers, I was given some BS excuse. Mine was payment not cleared. (already pending on my card, card has way more than enough credit line to cover it).

Never again, Lenovo.

Would this be a good gaming PC? If I were to plug into a dock?

Feel like I would just add some RAM

It is a great deal. If I did not get OP from Walmart already I would pull the trigger. Lenovo is a more trustworthy brand than OP.

YES! I've been waiting for a Lenovo with an i7-8750H and a 1060 to go under $750 for ages. Just picked this up. I finally get to replace my Y580 from 2012 that's literally held together with duct tape at this point (that being said, it's been a really great laptop and really earned Lenovo my business for the foreseeable future).

Should this be good for gaming?

Solid deal. This is a FP deal IMO. I'm not saying it's the ultimate slickdeal or anything.. but anyone looking for these specs should pull the trigger.

I picked up the Dell G5 15 Gaming Laptop: i7-8750H, 16GB RAM (8GB $50 Less), 128GB NVMe SSD + 1TB, 4GB GTX 1050 Ti, 15.6" 1080p deal (https://slickdeals.net/f/12814645-dell-g5-15-gaming-laptop-i7-8750h-16gb-ram-8gb-50-less-128gb-nvme-ssd-1tb-4gb-gtx-1050-ti-15-6-1080p-800-free-s-h?src=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarV2Algo1). Other than the lower price of the Lenovo and the 1060 6GB - are these comparable and not worth the effort to swap or should I grab this one and send the Dell back?

Be worried about the 4 hour battery life on that small battery.

You can get a full 10% (or even 13% for first time shoppers) using another cash back site. Check the cash back monitor for reference. Slickdeals will delete the post if I mention the site.

From what I've read, unless you are doing very high-end and resource gaming, the difference between 1050ti and 1060 is not going to be noticed by the average user.

That and this is Lenovo. They've really slipped in recent years and have had lots of issues. Something I read said they were terrible gaming computers.

This is the type of computer I've been looking for but I'll gladly pay more for a non-Lenovo

This is a great deal for a really solid laptop, im just concerned about how big it is. ANyone know how much it weighs?
24 mm / .94" thick and 2.3 kgs / 5.1 lbs light/heavy according to the site. This is thinner and lighter than my 15" hp omen, which I already thought was quite streamlined for a gaming laptop, especially compared to the 15" Acer nitro 5 that it replaced which was 6.2lbs and quite a bit bigger. Although I havent seen this legion in person, with all that info, plus the pics to go by, I would assume that this is about as small and sleek as a 15" gaming laptop could be right now.

Although I'd suggest you watch the full review, skip to 8:42 if you want to see the internal layout and back panel removal.
