"Received Free Product through the Kohl's Product Champions program"

Keep this in mind when you are reading the reviews. Almost all the reviewers
got it free.

Most likely it's crap if they gotta give it away for their only reviews

Talk about Amazon fake reviews. This is no different. Probably less than the scale of amazon reviews.

Just what I always wanted, a polyester-stuffed comforter with a bigass zipper.
I've bought a bunch of Columbia stuff and never been disappointed, but this? No thanks.

Columbia makes good stuff but I wouldn't by popular brands from KOHL'S or JCP. Their Nike and Under Armour stuff always feels subpar, even compared to their outlet versions.

But I guess I could also always return it if I don't like it.

At first I got all excited thinking someone had finally designed a comforter with a zip-off cover to avoid the whole stuffing into an expensive duvet way. Nope, don't really see the point of this thing.

I picked this up a couple days ago, and it is fantastic. Before you write off polyester and/or synthetic fills one must think about the advantages. 1) This set of 2 comforters is easy to wash/dry in home washer/dryer. 2) 50 bucks for this moisture wicking warm set is pretty great. 3) I can't tell you how many times my overpriced down and goose filled comforters would leak filling all over the place, and feathers/down will get on everything.... clothes, curtains, carpets, walls, whatever. So before you write this comforter think about what you really want/need, because goose filled/down filled comforters are difficult to maintain, and when they start leak - you are best off just throwing it away.

Following up from my last post. I went ahead and got the Full/queen size for my bed. Took a short nap in it and it was pretty damn cozy. It's winter but I run hot at night so I just used the lightest layer for summer, I think.

No weird smell and it was pretty nice. I'm no bedding snob but I had been using a simple Leesa blanket since May 2017 and that ended up being a load of crap. Pilling after the first wash and just rough after just two years of use. I expected more from a $150 blanket. Guess I'm a schmuck for that.

But I'll give it a few more nights with this Columbia one, but so far it feels pretty nice. Not worth the $230+ MSRP, but at $50, I'm all for it.

Columbia gives it its 10 year warranty too, whatever that entails.
