    You could get something like an A-Maze-N smoker and put it in the bottom, but that would only work for cold smoking or adding more wood flavor when using propane. The A-Maze-N won't produce enough heat for cooking.

    I plan to use it with charcoal. I am just worried how to refill charcoal frequently and how to control the heat with charcoal?
    I am a newbie in smoker with 0 experience.

    I've used a similar model for years and these are effective. Propane actually makes it super easy.

    It appears that Brickseek will show "Clearance" where the $249 price is, if your HD has it on clearance. None of mine do. Frown

    Everett, MA is zip: 02149. You'll see what I mean about it showing CLEARANCE.

    I had the same issue with a few stores being listed at clearance but in fact were not. Called around and finally found one that actually was. Worth it in the end.

    Check on Brickseek and find out which store mentions Clearance. Then go to that store and ask around where are Clearance smoker/grill, they will mostly be located in the Garden section

    A little update but these were on clearance for $85.06 at my local HD. 92620. 2 left in sealed boxes.
