This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

Hello TCCers! Wave

I like cloth dish towels too. My hubby has their weird paper towel thing going on. Whenever I wake up, he has little scrunched up paper towels all over the counter tops. Annoyed It's our ritual now. He scrunches, I get rid of 'em. The only time I am inclined to reach for a paper towel over a dish towel is for something like when Chudley hacks up a hairball. Yuk
I was just cursing DH under my breath a minute ago as I was throwing his scrunched up paper towels out (& picking up after the kids, fruit snack wrappers everywhere), there were at least 6 that I found. I guess at least he washes his hands each time he comes in from outside but still.... why can't he thow them out?!?! Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

I didn't see him complaining when I got us some free Madagascar 2 movie tickets last summer. I can only imagine what he tells his teachers at school. laugh out loud

I can so relate on the wrappers around the house!

Leave a dishtowel by the sink for him to dry his hands. Teach him!!

Paper towels are reserved for cat poop and puke. laugh out loud And now baby poop and puke. (I have now been peed, pooped and puked on by this kid, I think it's a milestone. Rofl2)
Aww., mamma. Baby Those are only the first ones. I was talking to my 25 year old today and he told me he was ready to be done with college so he can get a "big boy" job. Roll And here I thought we were almost done with the milestones.

Doesn't T have a GC deal for the Ipod this week? Other than that, (or other deals like it) there aren't many "discounts" for the iPod unless you are (or know someone who is) a student or who otherwise can get the educational discount.
There 's also the electronics q too. Smilie

For some reason, mine spills coffee everywhere. Now if I spilled something a sponge or a washcloth gets it right up! Not my hubby. Apparently in Bachelor's Cleaning school, they taught him to cover it with a paper towel. No one sees the mess you've made on the counter under the nice white paper towel. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Sounds like the mile to the sink in my house to deposit dirty dishes. I almost want to leave a hundred dollar bill hanging there with a list and once he's dumped his dishes for a month he gets it

laugh out loud What a great idea! Wished I had thought of that when my kids were still living at home. My hubby is pretty good at most things.

toilet seat down - check
cars running smoothly - check
lawn in good order - check
trash taken care of - check most times
household repairs - check

It's the tools all over the house and the paper towels. Ugh.
