I mostly use it for playing content with voice. Anything from Netflix or Google Play Movies works well (The Office, for example). The convenience is wonderful. No need to find any remotes or anything, just say "Hey Google, play The Office", everything will turn on and start playing right away.

I wish these Chromecast devices comes with a physical remote and some bare minimum interface to invoke Netflix and other steaming apps without completely relying on a smart device to navigate.

I like this for the voice controls. I just tell my home mini to pause, play, turn on and off the tv by voice.

Google home ecosystem integration. If you TV support CEC you can likely turn your TV on and off using Google home. Plus other functions.

Any idea if voice control works with YouTube TV?
