Not that it's going to really matter. As in if they stop supporting the app. They'll be out of business and not making the film to print on.

Also consider the sp3 for a reasonable square size

Been using the sp2 the past few months, it's great. Paid $99 just for the printer. So this is a solid deal.

My daughter had the camera and now the printer which she prefers. It is so much easier to use the printer with pictures she takes with her phone. She was wasting pictures with the camera due to missed shots, over and under exposed pictures, etc.

I have this, the print quality is very good. Actually it's too good, it takes the fun out of Instax without having the quirky Instax lousy picture quality. This is kind of neat, but you get very small prints for $1 a piece, probably better off getting photo paper.

I'm always leery of buying printers that require an accompanying app...get burned when app no longer supported.

Very new to this. How is this compared to HP Sprocket. The cost of printer seems to be almost the same but the photo paper seems to be much less expensive for sprocket.

This gives you the very Polaroid look to the pictures vs the just small picture of the Sprocket. It depends on what you want.

I've been watching the price on this printer, on Amazon, since late summer. The lowest I've seen it go was $89.99 (maybe $87 briefly?). This includes 20 sheets of film. I might finally bite the bullet because this is the best deal I've seen. Thanks OP!

That would be my hesitation. I like the quirky aspect of taking them with the Instax mini and having the inconsistent quality.

This thing looks cool and a bit more portable. Ahhhh what to do.
