Think it works with Razer Phone 2? That phone has issues with many "universal" chargers.

iPhones won't charge fast at 10w they only can charge fast at 7.5w currently. So if you have an iPhone this will only charge it at 5w which is not fast charging.

I had an experience with this with a different charger, the metal for magnet/vent holder on my case got so hot it actually melted/left a circular imprint on the surface of the charger. I think it could have been worse if I left it on longer.

The description for these wireless charging devices generally say
"Remove all metal cases and metal or magnetic objects from the back of your phone prior to wireless charging, as these may overheat and damage your device."
Does this still apply if your magnetic/metal vent holder disc is on the phone cover instead of the actual phone? I assume it should not matter since it is on the outside of the plastic cover but want to know if anyone has experience with this.

The iPhone doesn't support really fast charging by wireless. But it does charge it faster than other charges. Works great on both my XS Max and s9+.

As long as the metal plate isn't blocking the wireless charging sensor on the phone you're good. I put the magnetic plates on the bottom of my note 9 and my Samsung 2018 wireless charger works good (the one that's msrp 69.99)

Does anyone know if this works better than that one?
