Was not able to apply 25% new code (kept saying I needed to switch to google express to apply, but I was in google express). System defaulted to promo code for "March 20%" for newbies, so drive was $79.99

Hmm.. I did not try entering more than qty 1.

It says the estimated tax is $10.10. I am in Washington State. Should I just assume this is an error that is going to be fixed...?

Edit, well I went ahead and bought it. If they keep the tax, I'll contest it.

Thanks! Seems a good deal (well, it better be one since I bought it now :-P)
Didn't have any issues, just used a new account and used the phone app (it needs to be app to use the code 'newapp25' code).
No tax, final price $74.99

BTW, I tried adding a 32gb usb drive in the same order, but for some reason it was adding shipping & service fee of about $7. So I just removed that.

So I had to fight with it a little for this to work. First it said the code was only valid for first time purchases. So I went to my second Gmail and tried there. Then it said it had to be done on the actual app. So after installing it and applying the coupon my card would just not go through ( maybe because it's also been registered in my primary Gmail?). Used a credit card and boom 81$ (including tax). Good deal. Thanks!

In 2018, a few states won a case in the supreme court that allowed them to collect taxes on all online purchases. It went into effect in October before the holiday shopping season. WA was one of the states.

Baffling how these 4 TB portable drives seem to keep hovering around $80 as the "best price" that shows up every so often for the past couple years. It is like they just refuse to let the price go lower.

Difference is My Passport is 3yr warranty and EasyStore is 1yr warranty. Rather have the Passport if same price and use Citibank Double Cash card to add 2 more years warranty, making it 5yrs. Have to say I only had one drive failure and I have many of the WD portables.nod

I absolutely want more storage for my Xbox. Can you please help me learn what I should be looking for?
