These 18 year bulbs have been super cheap for a few years in certain states and seem to get posted on Slickdeals every once in a while. I picked up about 20 boxes of these for $1.00 each about 2 years ago. Really good bulbs and I've had zero failures. The 12 pack of Sylvanias for $2.50 is a better deal right now if you can still find them.

If your Walmart is nearby go for it. You will only be wasting your precious gas and time. Brickseek is 95% wrong and a big time waster!

Brick has always been pretty good in my area but when stock gets down to 1-3 it's always a crap shoot. Like everyone else, I still get mad when I can't find an item that shows in stock but am still extremely grateful for Brickseek.

My walmart had the 4 packs of 40w, 60w, and 75w all marked at .88 cents. I bought 20 boxes. These were the ones marked as 18 year bulbs on the box

Hard to beat $.88, but Menards has Sylvania bulbs subsidized by Duke Energy for cheap, plus 11% rebate, if you don't have availability at your Wally World.
