Very good book. How small things can change massive social behavior. And based on science and from a genius physiologist.

I messed up. Sorry. I deleted my post. Some argue information is free, so I don't consider it stealing, but I didn't download it, I only mentioned it was on torrents. It was dumb, please don't thumbs down, I deleted my post and said sorry. I meant to be helpful =/
Hey, no hard feelings. I think it's natural to think like that, I know I did at one point. But put yourself in the shoes of the creator. A) it's hard, actual work to create a book, song, movie, whatever. And B) I assume you don't work for free, and they shouldn't have to either. If they didn't want to get paid for their work, the author would make it free on their own. Welcome to the community.

Kindle books aren't worth more than probably 10cents.

I value physical books a lot. They have the power to change the structure of your brain when you read it.

Digital books don't have that power.

Curious - how is reading a physical book different than a kindle book?

This is a boring filler filled book with no real solutions and tactics. The first half is good, second is a waste. Great for $2, read the first part then move on.

There have been lot of experiments made on this topic
I have noticed the positive changes in myself after reading physical books.
No noticeable changes after reading on Kindle Frown

I did, it's a small study paid for by librarians. And the conclusion is it "may boost retention". Perhaps you should do your research, but make sure you use the paper version of the internet. You know, so you remember it better... Dumbass

Agree.....these self help books are a waste of time......they just give temporary high.

Better to read books that have lot of research behind them.
