I invested 2 nights shopping for DJI Spark & Mavic Air. Please see my research below. Peace

Although we have seen better deals on Black Friday and YMMV clearances, I think deals below are good enough if you need a nice photo/video drone in the next few months for Mother's Day, Father's Day, graduation, or wedding. Please

* DJI Spark 1080p Drone *

Target has Spark Controller Combo + 1 extra battery = $399.99 - 5% REDcard = $380.
https://www.target.com/p/spark-dr...A-54017897

BuyDig via Google Express has Spark Fly More Combo $489 (Controller, 1 extra battery, 1 extra pair of propellers, charging hub, and shoulder bag).
https://express.google.com/produc...6719_15953

* DJI Mavic Air 4K Drone *

Official DJI Store has Mavic Air $799 or Mavic Air Fly More Combo $999 (2 extra batteries, 2 extra pairs of propellers, charging hub, power bank adapter, and travel bag).
https://m.dji.com/product/mavic-air

ConsumerElectronicsCostSavers via eBay has Mavic Air $649.99 ($150 cheaper) or Mavic Air Fly More Combo $829.99 ($170 cheaper).

Has anyone bought DJI drones from ConsumerElectronicsCostSavers? Can we trust them?
They claimed to be authorized DJI reseller, and items are brand new (not refurbished), but these prices sounded too good to be true.

I agree it's not great, but pretty solid for now. Target had the controller combo for $359 during the holidays and recently had the battery for $35, but not at the same time, so pretty good. Wish I would have went with the fly more combo though. The charger looks to be a great addition but can't find for under $60 anywhere. Add in the case and other stuff and I should have went that route.

I can chime in here! We just got our Mavic Air in the mail on Thursday (less than a week ago) from ConsumerElectronics or whatever on ebay as mentioned above because of lower price and no tax-plus SquareTrade warranty cheaper than Refresh. We wanted to pull trigger on that or Spark after no deal alerts since the Spark Sams Club YMMV debacle (there were practically none in the whole country, c'mon!). Shipped fast, but I was biting my nails the whole time waiting to open some piece of crap. Husband thought it was okay because of how many they had sold at that price (1800+ IIRC). Package arrived perfectly as hoped-looked like someone had cut top two sides so I freaked out and took a boatload of pictures in case we needed to claim something but it was just a bad shrinkwrap seam. All was perfect inside and without a crazy deal like around Black Friday, we both feel really happy with purchase. I was going back and forth about Fly more, but we bought two extra batteries from target during the $54.99 deal last week (still going on!) and after receiving-easy to charge without additional 3-charger thingy in combo pack. I'd recommend them. My .02.

Question is whether DJI will honor the warranty if you have an issue, since ConsumerElectronicsCostSavers is not listed as an authorized dealer by DJI, even though the eBay listing says they are.

Everything I said was wrong so I deleted* apparently DJI has come out and said they will not honor grey market/non-authorized dealers. Unsure if Consumers Electronics is an actual without calling customer service. I still feel fairly certain parts break the week after manufacturer warranty ends Wink

Yeah I wouldn't worry about it. I have owned 3 DJI drones and never had to use warranty. they are pretty reliable. I think as long as you don't fly them on a daily basis and take good care of them, they will last a long time.

I called SEVEN STATES (every single store) and there were none at that price. I only think two or three people claimed to have gotten it in the entire country. That was literal Crazy YYMV.

You probably scored some for the employees by calling. Looks like you've been here long enough to know better. I got one Spark (missing extra battery) for $125 and 2 Mavic Pros for $399 each from the same store. I had to drive almost 2 hours away.

Calling was the first mistake.
Someone called the local store, so they held them aside and lied until they were able to drop them and from when they went on discount, after close, (checking via scan and go) by the next morning "early open" they were all sold out. That said, I got one for 85, I know someone else that got the other for 85 in Danville, Va. Coworker got one in Durham for 125ish. The sam's deal was awesome, but you couldn't call or the employees grabbed them.

How do I get it for so cheap? Is there any tips you can give me? I will happily purchase a spark for $200 even.

Target product page for DJI Spark Controller Combo listed free bonus battery next to $399 price, but the deal expired last Saturday 3/16.
