No push notifications for deals

For the past week or so I have not been getting push notifications for deals on the Android app. Anyone else having issues?

IOS user. On the app, when I go to notifications it says no notifications. When I go to messages I get an error that says I must be signed in to view messages. Then says no messages. When I go to activity, it shows my latest Activity as being from 2015. I'm unable to write comments. Everything works on the mobile site.

I'm also not getting push notifications.

I haven't gotten push notifications in a long time either.
And yes, everything is on

I have this same problem as well.

I have verified the settings in the Slickdeals App as well as the Notification Settings for my iPhone.

iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 13.1.3. I currently do not get any notifications whatsoever with the app.

No hot deals or front page notifications and no deal alerts notifications. My deal alerts still arrives via email but I used to get them with the app as well.

This has been an ungoing issue. At first I lost front page notifications but was still getting deal alerts. Now the app is completely silent. I've verified all my settings both in the Slickdeals app settings menu and in the iOS settings menu.

Hoping you guys are able to resolve this soon. Thanks for the hard work.

Hello all,

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry that you all ran into issues where you were not receiving notifications with the app. To give you an update:

We released a fix for this issue which should have enabled users to receive push notifications again for Frontpage deals and their Deal Alerts. If you are still not receiving push notifications, please contact us at ios@slickdeals.net and we will look into this further for you.
