Grabbed a chorus pedal. At that price with free shipping and a pedal board to fill out I couldn't not.

Chorus probably isn't worth even that. If you're going to cheap out, get a line 6 effects stomp or keep an eye locally for well reviewed classics.

Never sacrifice tone.

Reverb has better reviews.

NO BARGAIN - these pedals are crap - and the price is no way FP material.

The delay on this pedal is very short and sucks tone like Stormy. Avoid.

Yep, I've had the Rogue delay in the past. First, don't be fooled - it's not analog. It's based on a super cheap digital chip, as you might expect for the price. And as someone else pointed out, the delay time is limited. IIRC, the max is something like 350ms, which is short for a digital pedal but isn't uncommon for analog delays. Maybe the short delay time is where the "analog" name came from. 😜

With those reality checks out of the way, it was fun to play around with - worth the sale price for sure. I have an Alter Ego v2 now, which I like better than (real) analog pedals I've owned in the past and I'm STILL thinking of picking one of these up again just to play around with multiple delays.

Tried the Rogue distortion. Not a fan - noisy, a little thin. Reviews on the delay are a mixed bag. I own the Jet City Afterburner and it's one of my favorites, works nicely in front or in the loop. It's a dual-stage overdrive, the boost option is great for a little kick when you need it, or to drive your amp into full blown distortion if you like to live right on the edge. I like it much more than their ACTUAL distortion pedal (Jet City Shockwave) which I own and rarely use.

I have two Joyo pedals which are about the same price all the time and they are both really good.
