Wtf-udge nugget! Maybe performance isn't good but for that size anything is better than magnetic!! Wish I waited until now.. too many 500 gb I bought at $100 last year or two. Good deal.

DRAMless budget SSD.

The SU800 1TB $94.34 deal from Rakuten migh be a better choice.

Good for a game or storage drive, not so great as a system drive or anything else that can take advantage of lots of I/O

Hey man, prices always drop. In a year from now ~$100 or even less will be the norm for higher performing 1TB NVMe SSD drives and you'll find 2TB SATA SSD's regularly for like $120-130. If you had waited until now you'd feel just as salty in 1 or 2 years time!

Best rule of thumb is to buy what you need when you need it. Prices only drop when something new is becoming more mainstream and it's always been that way.

1TB Intel 660p is at this price range too. Wouldn't touch this Dramless SSD
