I'm willing to bet that this Amazon product title is in error, and there are really only four boxes of 5 bars (total of 20 bars) based on the product pictures and my purchase history of this item. Eight boxes are never pictured, only four. The product description even says "Includes 20 individually wrapped breakfast bars (4 boxes, 5 bars per box)". Also, the unit pricing in the upper right-hand corner is consistent with only 20 bars -- "Price: $10.70 ($0.54 / Count)".

Shipping weight for the pack of 4 (apple cinnamon) says 6.8 lbs. Shipping weight for the pack of 8 (apple cinnamon and strawberry) says 3.8 lbs. Shipping weight for the pack of 8 (blueberry) says 6.8 lbs.

Random edit: The shipping weight for the pack of 8 (peanut butter) is only 5 pounds. Oddly lower than the other packs of 8 (with the exception of the ones in the deal posted here), but the peanut kind look super tasty

I purchased this exact product last July for $4.82 AC and at the time the title said "Quaker Breakfast Squares, Variety Pack, Apple Cinnamon & Strawberry, 5 Count (Pack of 4)"

So, if you are OK paying this price for 4 boxes, go ahead, and if they happen to send 8, consider it a bonus. Otherwise, I wouldn't waste your time, unless you enjoy arguing with customer service or are just hoping to get lucky.

Amazon really needs to do something about their STUPID policy of allowing any third-party seller to modify a listing that affects all sellers, including Amazon itself. It does far more harm than good. I don't know for sure if that's the case here, but I've seen it plenty of times with other products. A seller "corrects" the listing and screws it up for everyone until the customer complaints come in, and then Amazon sometimes, but not always, eventually gets around to fixing it.

20 bars... 40 bars... They'll all be 2-3 weeks from expiration so eat them fast. Amazon sucks at storing food/perishable items.

Got these once, never again. They were disgusting. WAY to sugar-y tasting. Could barely sense any fruit flavor over the the sugar.

Title: "Quaker Baked Squares, Soft Baked Bars, Apple Cinnamon & Strawberry, 5 Bars (Pack of 8)"

Description: "Includes 20 individually wrapped breakfast bars (4 boxes, 5 bars per box) you can enjoy at home, at work, or on the go"

Come on Amazon, get your shit together. 8x5 does not equal 4x5.

Lol I just read all the comments and I must say, I'm a bit perplexed.

It's a good deal for 40, not so much if it's only 20. I took a screenshot of the title and placed an order. If I get 20, I'll email customer service. They are usually pretty good about it and hand $5/$10 credits out like candy if they make a mistake.

Quaker products contaminated with Roundup are never a slick deal.

Agreed. They were great dessert bars though, hah.
