Good deal. These taste good, and the consistency is more solid (like pudding) than gu or hammer gels

Only healthy if you eat while hammering a serious workout and can burn it off quickly.

Things like these are silly. Do a shot of black coffee and thats it. Adding 100 calories of sugar to your body before a workout negates the reason you are working out. That is unless you are looking to bulk then whatever
That's not why people use these. Mainly for endurance sports like running and cycling to get quick calories on activities over an hour and caffeine has been shown to improve vo2max. Easy portable pouches.

And do you make coffee in the middle of a long activity?

These are made for endurance athletes that need to bring all of their nutrition with them. It even says "During" right on the package!

I'll be doing a 100 mile bike ride with 14K feet of climbing next weekend. You can bet I will be consuming 2-3 of these! I prefer the fruitier flavors, but Razz has no caffeine and citrus is not on sale Mocha it is.

Anyone saying these are "unhealthy" or just "just drink coffee" don't understand the purpose these serve. These aren't for people who sit on their butt all day or folks heading for a 1 hour gym session.

Thanks op, good deal!

These are great for obstacle racing or marathons, too...easily chugged and digested on the go. The lid attachment to the body was revolutionary when these first came out.
