the frames i liked seem to be the same price on ebay. So may not be a great deal.

Same predicament for me. I think we're interested in the same frames.

I will say, I previously bought a pair of Hugo Boss aviators from this site and was very satisfied. You'd get piece of mind about authenticity, but for me this would fall into the category of an impulse buy. The savings just isn't significant enough vs other buying options.

Two of the 3 values are soldout. Sports are the last to remain, cheapest vendor online is $120 for the sports, hell of a deal

their return policy states you can return if they're new and unused, well can i try them on or do they come in some sealed packaging that if you open you're screwed out of your money?

Its likely that EyeDictive is ChooseSmart on Ebay. They tend to have similar inventory.

If you're concerned about returns, I'd keep an eye on the ebay store because that is going to allow for a better return policy ebay would back, I would think anyway.

Currently the prices are much more on Ebay, but I would just keep an eye on them and they may come down. They seem to fluctuate a bit.

Last week, I was looking for some new Randolph Engineering sunglasses... I bought through ebay because I was concerned about their authenticity. At the time both Ebay and Eyedictive had them for about $75.

(Luckily, they were, as far as I could tell brand new and authentic. They compare perfectly with my older pair of Randoph sunglasses, even though they were different styles. Even if somebody were to prove to me, they were in fact fake... They are high quality glasses, with all the tags and cases. Quality over brand imo.)
